Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
